大学英语课程设置改革途径之一——增设特殊用途英语

本文旨在通过对我国大学英语教学现状和当今社会对高校人才培养需求现状的分析，提出大学英语课程设置改革的途径之一是增设特殊用途英语课程。特殊英语课程建设在于提高教师个人教学能力和某一特定专业基础理论和专业知识的素养，建立四有教学团队，制定四维的教学目标和展开突出四性的教材建设。

A Starting Point for Navigating the World of Daily Fantasy Basketball

Fantasy sports, particularly the daily variety in which new lineups are selected each day, are a rapidly growing industry. The two largest companies in the daily fantasy business, DraftKings and Fanduel, have been valued as high as $2 billion. This research focuses on the development of a complete system for daily fantasy basketball, including both the prediction of player performance and the construction of a team. First, a Bayesian random effects model is used to predict an aggregate measure of daily NBA player performance. The predictions are then used to construct teams under the constraints of the game, typically related to a fictional salary cap and player positions. Permutation based and K-nearest neighbors approaches are compared in terms of the identification of “successful” teams—those who would be competitive more often than not based on historical data. We demonstrate the efficacy of our system by comparing our predictions to those from a well-known analytics website, and by simulating daily competitions over the course of the 2015–2016 season. Our results show an expected profit of approximately $9,000 on an initial $500 investment using the K-nearest neighbors approach, a 36% increase relative to using the permutation-based approach alone. Ordering properties of largest order statistics from independent and heterogeneous Dagum populations

Abstract

The Dagum distribution has been extensively used to model income data, and its features have been appreciated in economics and financial studies. In this article, we discuss ordering properties of largest order statistics from independent and heterogeneous Dagum populations. We present some sufficient conditions for stochastic comparisons between largest order statistics in terms of the reversed hazard rate order, the usual stochastic order, the convex order, the likelihood ratio order and the dispersive order. Several numerical examples are presented to illustrate the results established here.     

Stimulating effects of intelligent policy on the performance of listed manufacturing companies in China

Based on the pilot projects of intelligent manufacturing of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China and the annual data reported by listed companies, this paper studies the effect of China's intelligent policy on the performance of listed manufacturing companies by using the panel data of relevant enterprises from 2011 to 2017, as well as the mechanism of impact. Our empirical tests, using the difference-in-difference method, shows that intelligent policy can significantly improve the economic performance of manufacturing enterprises by guiding enterprises to optimize their intelligent management, strengthening investment in intelligent equipment and promoting collaborative manufacturing. Further empirical tests show that the impact of intelligent policy on economic performance is different in time. In the later selected pilot enterprises, the impact of intelligent policy on their economic performance is more significant; there is regional heterogeneity in the effects of intelligent policy: in regions with low intelligence, the positive impact of intelligent policy on the economic performance of manufacturing industry is more significant. Based on these conclusions, relevant intelligent policy suggestions are put forward.     

中国省域文化消费的时空演变及影响因素

为了更深入了解我国省域文化消费的发展现状、趋势、时空差异和演变以及影响因素,运用Getis-Ord Gi~*指数、传统和空间马尔科夫链分析法等探讨了2000-2018年我国省域文化消费的时空差异及其演变特征,再利用空间面板数据模型对文化消费的影响因素进行分析。研究表明:第一,从时间来看,文化消费的绝对差异增大,相对差异减少;从空间来看,省域文化消费差异悬殊,空间集聚程度增加。第二,各省域文化消费类型变化存在明显的俱乐部趋同现象,类型转移发生于相邻类型之间。第三,各省域文化消费类型受其邻域文化消费类型的影响,与高水平类型相邻的省域,其文化消费类型向上转移的概率较大,反之亦然。第四,收入水平、城镇化水平和供给水平对文化消费具有显著正影响。根据研究结论提出针对性的建议,以期助益我国文化消费潜力的释放和省域文化消费差异的缩小,实现我国整体文化消费水平的提高。     

王蒙小说中的回族形象描写

王蒙有两部小说作品描写了回族人物,一部为系列小说《在伊犁》中的短篇小说《好汉子依斯麻尔》,另一部为“季节系列”中的长篇《恋爱的季节》。当我们将关注的范围缩小到他小说中的回族人物形象描写时,便可以看出,他对回族的描写不是孤立的、静态的,而是放置在中国当代历史的大背景下,描写了他们与时代、社会变迁相联系着的命运际遇。     

刚烈壮美的长篇世界--试论红柯《西去的骑手》中涉及的文化系统及人物描写

《西去的骑手》是以在西北地区广为人知的历史人物马仲英为原型创作的一部长篇小说,其中涉及到了两种文化系统,即西北地域文化和中原文化.在单纯而又丰富神秘的人物形象马仲英的描写中,体现出了西北的生命之感.小说的立意即在于通过西北地城文化中刚烈、壮美的"血性"精神,来恢复中原文化中固有的刚强精神.     

基于元分析的魅力型领导与组织绩效的关系研究

在对包含12 933个样本量的53篇有效文献进行元分析的基础上,分别对营利性组织和非营利性组织中魅力型领导与个体绩效、团队绩效、组织绩效的关系研究进行定量分析。研究结果表明,魅力型领导与各层面的绩效水平均显著正相关,其中与组织绩效的相关性最高,团队绩效次之,个体绩效最低;魅力型领导的测量方法、区域文化等对魅力型领导和员工绩效之间的关系起到调节作用。此外,对魅力型领导今后的研究进行了展望。
